Ideal location: Helsinki

As a Chemotherapy Solution Specialist reporting to our MDS Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling a product portfolio and your key areas of focus will be within oncology centres and hospitals. You will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets in a rapidly changing and increasingly competitive healthcare environment.

Your key responsibilities will also include:
• Taking ownership of customer complaints and queries
• Analysing clinical papers and studies and developing a consultancy approach with stakeholders
• Training customers to the right usage of products

Travelling days: 50-70 days/year (customer visits, conferences, internal and external meetings, exhibitions etc.)

With a good level of clinical educational achievement, you’re almost certainly an experienced professional with at least 3-5 years of clinical background and ideally sales experience selling similar products or working within venous access or anaesthesiology areas in the past. Highly motivated and action-orientated, with well-developed business acumen, you’ll be strong on organisation and taking the initiative, readily able to work both individually and as one of a team. Highly customer-centric and results driven, you are able to negotiate skilfully and anticipate issues before they arise.
